Amy is a seasoned Enterprise Change and Solution Success professional consulting on the design, development, launch, and viability of strategic IT solutions. A graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Master’s degree in Learning Technology and Design, she has led 30+ large-scale transformation and change management initiatives built to ensure user adoption, strengthen engagement, and improve learner/customer/user outcomes. Amy coordinates IT solution deployments with focus on user requirements, aligning user experience and learning objectives to business goals, tracking return on investment, evaluating program success, and building relationships across all levels of her client organizations.

While coordinating multi-disciplinary teams from diverse business segments, Amy has designed, developed, and successfully implemented employee and customer solutions that measurably improve performance and contribute to business growth.

Evan Doherty, BA

Evan is a talented Digital Marketing and Communications Consultant with a project management background who has successfully delivered commercial communication and change projects for fortune 500 customers. He is skilled at content management, communications strategy, writing, editing, and data analytics.

Debbie Wicker, MS

Debbie has a varied background, from information management systems to software development and consulting.  Her consulting experience includes projects for Arthur Anderson, Compuware, and Accenture. Debbie helped to design, develop, and deploy numerous large systems, from state-wide utility systems to corporate enterprise resource planning implementations. She has lead training seminars in her areas of expertise for the last 20 years and currently works with numerous start ups to consult on business strategy, resource planning, and financial viability.
